02 Subject of the offer
The Supplier invites the Buyer to submit requests for the supply of Products according to the range presented in the catalog on akvaton.com or agreed individually.
The Buyer’s submission of a request does NOT create any obligations on either side regarding the supply of specific goods within specific deadlines. A request is the first stage of the pre-contractual process, after which the parties:
- clarify technical parameters (grade, diameter, insulation, volume);
- discuss commercial terms (price, currency, payment terms, logistics);
- fix the agreement in a Contract or specification.
Obligations of the parties to supply a specific batch arise exclusively after signing the Contract or specification.

- current market value of copper / aluminium rod;
- contract currency, delivery terms (Incoterms 2020), payment terms.
Specific prices, terms and payment deadlines are fixed in a Contract or specification signed by the parties individually.

The warranty period is determined individually in the Contract and cannot be less than the periods provided by the laws of Ukraine or the Buyer’s country (for the EU — according to Elktrim Cargo Policy).
If non-conformity of Product parameters is discovered, the Buyer sends a claim with a test protocol within 14 business days of receiving the batch. The Supplier undertakes to review the claim within 10 business days.
07 Confidentiality
