One manufacturer, two ordering paths — depending on where your company is. Below: the roles of Akvaton / Novaton / Elktrim, a step-by-step procedure, and answers to typical questions — so you know exactly who you sign the contract with, in which currency you pay, and how many days until delivery.

Akvaton's product brand for presenting products on the Ukrainian and EU markets. The factory and quality guarantor — the same Akvaton.
Poland · official representative plant
An EU legal entity through which orders are placed for clients from EU countries. Contract under European law, payment in euros.

Bank transfer in UAH to the company's settlement account. Payment terms — per contract.

Elktrim prepares a commercial offer in euros, taking European logistics into account.

Contract with Elktrim Sp. z o.o.
The contract is signed with Elktrim Sp. z o.o. as an EU legal entity (Poland). Currency — EUR, European contract law.

Payment
After the order is confirmed, Elktrim Sp. z o.o. issues an invoice. Payment terms are defined in the commercial offer and agreed with the client.

What clients ask about the difference between Akvaton and Elktrim, contract currency, jurisdiction, and logistics.
Why can't I order directly from Akvaton for the EU?
Akvaton is a Ukrainian manufacturer. Supplying to EU countries requires a representative with an EU legal entity that takes on the contract, invoicing in euros and European logistics. This role is performed by Elktrim (Poland) — our official EU representative. Elktrim acts as the contracting party and bears full contractual responsibility to the customer. As a result, you receive Ukrainian wire under a European contract and in euros.
Does product quality differ depending on the path?
No. The product is the same — the same factory in Rivne, the same IEC 60317 / 60851 standards, the same laboratory. Through Elktrim you get the same product as Ukrainian clients, with a European contract and logistics.
Which currencies?
UA path: UAH, to the Akvaton settlement account.
EU path: EUR, via Elktrim Sp. z o.o.
Can EU clients contact Akvaton directly?
Yes, the technical consultation and first contact can be directly with Akvaton — we are happy to discuss your project. But the contract and invoicing always go through Elktrim plant — this is a legal requirement for EU imports.
What if I'm not in the UA or the EU?
For countries outside the EU (CIS, Middle East, Asia, South America) — contact Akvaton directly via the contact form. We will discuss individual terms, payment and delivery options. This is outside the standard two-path process.
Can I be an EU company but place the order with Akvaton?
The standard path for EU clients is via Elktrim plant (Poland). Other options are discussed individually with the manager.
How is Novaton different from Akvaton in the paperwork?
Novaton is a trademark. Legally, contracts, acts and certificates always come from LLC PE «Akvaton» (for UA) or Elktrim Sp. z o.o. (for the EU).
How many days does the supply cycle take for EU clients?
Standard items are delivered within 3 weeks. Custom orders — approximately up to 30 days. Exact lead times are confirmed after the request is submitted.
