The owner of the akvaton.com website is LLC PE «Akvaton» (the «Company», «We», «Us»). The Company is registered under the laws of Ukraine and manufactures copper and aluminium winding wire.

These Terms apply to all visitors of the website regardless of geographic location or purpose of visit. By continuing to use the site, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accept these Terms in their entirety.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at this address. The last update date is shown at the top of the page.

You are permitted to:

• browse information about products, manufacturing and certificates;
• submit requests for consultation, quotation, document delivery;
• download the provided product catalog in PDF format for reference;
• link to the site in your own publications with proper attribution.

Prohibited:

• copying, reproducing or distributing site content for commercial purposes without the Company’s written permission;
• automated data collection (scraping, crawling) beyond reasonable limits;
• attempts to gain unauthorised access to servers, databases or the admin panel;

Citation is permitted only with reference to the original source (URL of the corresponding akvaton.com page).

Information on the site is provided «as is» and is for informational purposes. Product specifications comply with IEC 60317, IEC 60851 standards and the Company’s internal technical specifications at the time of publication, but may be updated without prior notice.

The Company’s total liability, even in the case of proven damages, cannot exceed the amount actually paid by the buyer for a specific order.

The Company may amend these Terms at any time without individual notice to users. The updated version comes into force from the moment it is published on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the site are to be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to the competent court at the Company’s location (Rivne, Ukraine).

For buyers from EU countries, jurisdiction is governed by the contract with our exclusive representative Elktrim (Poland) — details are agreed upon when concluding the commercial contract.
