01 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember your choices (for example, your consent to analytics) and help us understand how visitors use the site.
Cookies do not contain personal details such as your name or phone number — they are technical identifiers.
02 Categories we use
Technical (necessary). Required for the site to work: they remember your cookie choice, protect forms against bots and maintain the session in the admin area. No consent is required — without them the site cannot work correctly.
Analytics. Provide anonymised statistics: how many people visited a page, where they came from, which sections they viewed. Set only after your consent in the banner.
The site does not use advertising or targeting cookies.
03 Full list
akv_consent — our own file. Stores your banner choice (accept / reject). Retention: 365 days. Category: technical.
_ga, _ga_<ID> — Google Analytics 4 (property G-8EFVMKNNDH). Distinguish unique visitors and sessions. Retention: up to 2 years. Category: analytics, set after consent.
_GRECAPTCHA — Google reCAPTCHA v3. Protects forms from automated submissions. Retention: up to 6 months. Category: technical.
__cf_bm, cf_clearance — Cloudflare. Tell humans from bots and protect the site against attacks. Retention: from 30 minutes to 1 year. Category: technical.
wordpress_logged_in_* — admin panel session. Set only for staff who log in to the admin area. Regular visitors never receive it.
04 Consent and how to change it
On your first visit you see a banner with two buttons — Accept and Reject. Your choice is stored in the akv_consent file for 365 days.
To change your decision, delete the site cookies in your browser settings — the banner will appear again on your next visit.
Refusing analytics cookies does not restrict access to any part of the site: the catalogue, documents and forms all work in full.
05 Managing cookies in your browser
You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The section is usually called “Privacy and security” or “Site data”.
Please note: blocking all cookies may break forms and spam protection on any website, not only ours.
06 Third-party cookies
Some files are set by external services we use: Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA) and Cloudflare. These companies process data under their own policies — we have no access to their storage.
Embedded videos and maps load only when you click on them.
07 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy — for example, if we add a new analytics service. The current version is always available on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
